Hebei HengSheng Pumps Co., Ltd. (formerly the state-owned Botou city gear oil pump plant) was founded in 1973. In 1996 it was restructured to a company limited by shares (hereafter as HSP), HSP is a professional Positive Displacement pumps (PD pumps) manufacturer with more than 20 national technical patents, the manufacturing factory is located in Botou city Economic Development Zone and permanent international sales office is in Minhang district of Shanghai China.
